**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
**Product Demonstration**
- Conduct engaging and customized product demos (virtual or in-person) for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions using product features.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom demo setups or proof-of-concepts.
**Client Communication & Follow-up**
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for deal closures.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Provide post-demo support and address client concerns promptly.
**Market & Competitor Analysis**
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in IT sales, product demos, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software and IT products.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,488.19 - ₹25,747.51 per month
