In addition, you have:

- More than 2 years of experience in Quotation and/or Order Processing in the industry
- Commercial understanding
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, every additional language would be benefit
- Expertise in MS Office, very good knowledge of SAP SD
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in an international environment
- Hands-on Mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills are required in addition to strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills are required

**About the job**

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Quotation Professional Junior to support our Quotation and Contract Management I/WA/A on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Gurugram office.

Your tasks will include:

- You coordinate Quotations with Sales, Technical Marketing, Logistic
- You summarize all collected information and perform Quotation
- You support the Sales Manager and you are the link to technical Marketing SCM
- You will be the CRM key user and the CRM support for Sales Managers and the Technical Service in the region
- You conduct seminars for internal stakeholders such as CRM, SAP-SD
