- **Order Processing and Management**:Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Administrative Support**:Managing schedules, filing documents, and maintaining records.
- **Sales Logistics**:Coordinating with other departments (e.g., production, shipping) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Generating sales reports, tracking key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Sales Tools and Software**:Maintaining and updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and using other sales tools.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Acting as a point of contact for the sales team, communicating with customers, and collaborating with other departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth sales operations.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
- **Proficiency in Sales Tools and Software**: Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales software is a plus.
- **Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Desired)**: Familiarity with manufacturing processes can be beneficial in a manufacturing setting.
- **Experience in Sales Coordination or a Related Role**: Prior experience in a sales support role is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
