**Role Overview**:
**We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic**_Sales and Marketing Intern_ to join our team on a part-time, on-site/hybrid basis in Mumbai. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the sales and marketing field, with a focus on customer communication, sales management, and training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in sales tasks, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Support sales management activities and help drive sales initiatives.
- Provide training to customers and internal teams on products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with senior sales team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Interest or experience in sales and training.
- Basic understanding or eagerness to learn about sales management practices.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the IT industry or technology products is a plus.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
