**Role Overview**: The Medical Superintendent is responsible for providing guidance, leadership, and quality assurance to enhance medical practices within the hospital. This role involves overseeing clinical practices, ensuring adherence to evidence-based medicine, and managing hospital operations on a daily basis. The Medical Superintendent will also be responsible for quality management and maintaining accreditation standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Guidance**: Provide strategic direction and leadership for medical practice enhancement and ensure high standards of patient care.
- **Clinical Oversight**: Monitor and ensure all clinical practices align with evidence-based medicine principles.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure smooth functioning and address any operational issues.
- **Quality Management**: Manage the quality of healthcare services, maintain accreditation standards, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
