**Designation**:Assistant Medical Superintendent Clinical Operations

**Scope of Service**: Tire II & Tier III cities for Practo Care Surgery

**Reporting to**:Group Medical Director

**Qualifications**:MBBS/BDS+MHA (preferably full time) from a reputed & recognized (UGC) Institute

**Experience**:3-6 years of working experience in a fully accredited Hospital

**Age**: Under 45 years

**Roles & Responsibilities:
**1. To be effective in the delivery of Dental Surgical, Medical and Diagnostic Services to all inpatients and outpatients of the Partnering Hospital, clinics and diagnostic centers of Practo for the city/town allocated by Practo**

**2. To coordinate with the City Operations team and other stakeholders in managing day to day operations of the city and escalate any concerned issues to the Group Medical Director.**

**3. To comply with patient safety policy and adhere to the Medical Quality framework (“Practo Way).**

**4. To effectively interface with patients, attendants, internal & external customers.**

**5. To do onboarding audits, scoring of clinics**

**6. To ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, administrative rules.**

**7. To do Tracer audits**

**8. Periodically visit partnering dental clinics to check for any issues relating to medical operations, quality and non-clinical operations and ensure those things are fixed.**

**9. Ensure Proper Infection control processes and guideline are in place**

**10. Maintain good liaison with the dentists and attend to their requirements.**

**11. Assist the Group Medical Director in formulating and updating the Dental quality dashboard**

**12. To make feedback calls to the patients and gather 'clinical outcome' data**

**14. To assume a leadership role in ensuring availability of trained staff.**

**15. To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.**

**16. Analyze the medical, quality and outcome data**

**17. To help the dental clinics start QAI accreditation process**

**18. Should be free to travel without objection to any location for Practo within the assigned territory
