The responsibilities of the Medical superintendent include the following:
Ø Overall coordination of Medical Services.
Ø Liaise with consultants regarding patient care.
Ø Ensure necessary infrastructure availability.
Ø Monitoring QMS.
Ø Induction of Consultants / Professionals and Monitoring & Evaluating their Services.
Ø Day - to - Day Medical-functioning of the hospital.
Ø Conduct regular meetings with the Residents, CMOs, Retainer Consultants, visiting consultants,
Referral community, Corporate Medical consultants, Nursing and other quality service related departments, in co-ordination with the CEO.
Ø Implement - follow-ups of Standard Operating Procedures at all levels of Quality Care deliverance.
Ø Time Management
- Times availability in OPD & Raising to all medical emergencies.
Ø Suggest / Advice management, and attending all patient /doctors compliances
Ø Ensure day to day co-ordination with the CEO for proper functioning/implementation of the corporate policies/ appraisals of nursing /medical and paramedical services/confidential decisions/ patient reports/statutory reports/representing the hospital in various designated offices as required from time to time.
Ø Ensuring all possible efforts in Business Conversion to improve the turnout on day to day basis.
Ø Ensuring proper backup services wherever medical emergency is required.
Ø Ensuring official representation of the hospital in all Govt./ Semi/ Private/ Corporate/ discussions both on Business Development and Health Education Programs.
Ø Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time and based on exigencies.
**Salary**: ₹20,699.97 - ₹99,443.41 per month
