As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of an organization by providing administrative and clerical assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials as needed.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread official documents, letters, and reports.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and organizational charts.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
- **Office Organization**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, contributing to overall office efficiency.
- **Technology Proficiency**:
- Utilize office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines.
- **Time Management**:
- Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining schedules for team members.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Address and resolve administrative issues or challenges promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or secretarial studies are a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
