**Responsibilities**:
Provide First Aid, and medical services during the installation and provide secretarial support to the OIM.
Operate and maintain the hospital, medical, and First Aid facilities in accordance with appropriate legislation, and keep records accordingly.

Lead the First Aid Team in the Emergency Management Organisation
Administer First Aid and other medical treatment as and when required.
Communicate with onshore medical specialists, where necessary, and act on their advice.
Maintain records of injuries, diseases, and dangerous occurrences
Train relevant crewmembers in First Aid.
Prepare and conduct First Aid drills.
Maintain daily and monthly records of freshwater analyses.
Daily POB and accommodation allocation administration.
Helicopter passenger booking and liaison with the Materials Coordinator.
Carry out secretarial tasks as directed by the OIM.
Carry out additional relevant tasks as required by the OIM.
Ensure that the Waste Management policy is followed.
Provide information and advice on occupational health and hygiene matters, and carry out inspections and assessments as required.
Act as an offshore focal point for HSEQ support.
Carry out safety induction briefings for all incoming and outgoing passengers.
Assist OIM with general documentation control.
Able to discuss medical issues directly with onshore support doctors.
Offshore Installation Manager for day-to-day medical and administrative duties
Heads of Departments on personnel movements.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per month
