**Role**:Responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. Managing the operation process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Ensure resources available to implement, operate and improve EMS, QMS and OHSAS (IMS)
- Maintain Quality System
- Ensure Buyer and Factory Compliances
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving Revenue.
- To be current with Technology and capable of quickly leveraging new ideas.
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analysing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating Reports and make presentations.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the post as requested by the Management.
