**PROFILE: PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (MEDICAL)**

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**: Manarti Exports is a specialized medical disposals, systems, devices, and hospital equipment provider offering a wide range of products. Our products are manufactured at state-of-the-art production facilities in India, with capacity to produce large quantities. We are exporting our products to more than 20 countries. We have more than 800 products sold in India through various online channels.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Handle all purchasing duties including liaising with external providers, requests for quotes, order confirmations, delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers and Logistics team to coordinate timely delivery of all products purchased.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing, and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
- Working closely with internal departments on a day-to-day basis.
- Indent receiving & processing of purchasing
- Preparation of all comparative statement of quotation & negotiation with all vendors
- To ensure effective internal communication & quick response to internal & external customers.
- To report to Purchase Manager regarding any deviation & Decision making in Purchasing.
- Knowledge of vendor database
- Experience on working on portal like GEM

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- At least 2-3 Year of clinic purchasing experience in a pharma or medical environment is preferred for this position.
- Knowledge and experience on working on GEM Portal
- Good Communication Skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
