- *Deliver qualitative services to customers._
- *Promote bank products and services._
- *Build customer relationships._
- *Maintain and manage existing accounts._
- *Capture new accounts._
- *Respond to customer inquiries and resolve._
- *Maintain customer database and update periodically._
- *Assist customers in depositing and withdrawing cash._
- *Refer complex issues to the management._
- *Ensure best practices in rendering services to customers._
