**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platforms ( Flipkart, Meesho,

Bigbasket, Netmeds, Nykaa, Myntra ), including product listings, inventory updates,.
- Optimize product content, images, descriptions, and to enhance visibility and increase

conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, site traffic, and conversion rates to identify

areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to create and execute

promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Work with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order

fulfillment.
- Stay current with ecommerce trends, tools, and technologies to improve site

performance and user experience.
- Ensure that all online store processes comply with company standards, branding

guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Provide regular reporting on ecommerce KPIs, including sales performance, customer

satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient

manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Meesho, Flipkar, Blinkit)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in A/B testing and other optimization strategies is a plus.

**Salary - 20K to 30K monthly**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
