We are creating a culture where #NoRulesRules Yes, it is a tough job for HR to bring in working discipline without rules and thus instead of making policies, we focus on creating Context over Control. While increasing our Talent Density we are also able to seamlessly establish the Culture of Candour on our journey to reach 100 million users

**What We're Looking For**:

- Swashbuckling Skills: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in talent acquisition is a plus, but if you've got the skills, we're willing to train you up
- Recruitment Rockstar: Have a couple of years under your belt? Great Show us your track record of finding hidden gems and turning them into star players.
- Team Player: Cricket is a team sport, and so is recruitment Collaborate with hiring managers, dazzle your colleagues, and help us build the dream team.

**Your Mission**:

- Six-Hitting Sourcing Strategies: Channel your inner Dhoni and craft innovative sourcing strategies to hunt down top talent. Whether it's LinkedIn, job boards, or referrals, we want you to find the best of the best
- Data Dugout: Put on your stats hat and dive into the numbers. Track recruitment metrics, analyse trends, and help us hit those hiring targets out of the park
- Social Media Branding Blitz: Show off our amazing culture and workplace environment on social media platforms to give a sneak peek to all our followers on how it is to work at CricHeroes
