We are creating a culture where **#NoRulesRules** Yes, it is a tough job for HR to bring in working discipline without rules and thus instead of making policies, we focus on creating **Context over Control**. While increasing our **Talent Density** we are also able to seamlessly establish **the Culture of Candour** on our journey to reach 100 million users

- And of course, a couple of years’ experience in HR as an all-rounder is preferred.

**What will you do?**
- Onboarding new team members and facilitating a proper orientation process for new CricHeroes by giving a great experience.
- Engaging with all our Team Members, both working from office as well as remotely, in creative fun ways.
- Maintaining confidential HR records will be part of your daily job where we need your diligence in it.
- You will also be the point of contact for team members coming up with challenges or general queries about anything and everything and you will be expected to help them to the best of your abilities each time.
