- ** Financial Acumen and Analytical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, with a strong grasp of accounting principles.
- Ability to manage and analyze financial data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- ** Regulatory Compliance Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, ensuring timely filings and compliance.
- ** Attention to Detail**:

- Meticulous in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**:

- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the sport, contributing to a culture that celebrates cricket.

**Your Mission**:
As an **All-Rounder - Accounts**, you will be the backbone of CricHeroes financial operations. Your role will encompass managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decisions. By maintaining robust financial systems, you'll enable the organization to focus on its mission of empowering grassroots cricketers.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- A proactive individual with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A team player who can collaborate across departments and communicate effectively.
