Position Summary:
KRA:

- Greet customers at the cash counter and process their transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling gaming packages.
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively with the goal of resolving the issue to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate cash registers and accounting records.
- Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers.
- Always maintain a neat and professional appearance while representing the gaming zone.

REQUIREMENT:

- Minimum of 12th pass, priority to graduate
- Can read English, and basic level speaking
- 1 year of experience as cashiering for any point of sale (POS)
- Person with aviation, hospitality, luxury retail or service industry background preferred
- Expert in sales
- Excellent Customer service & Complaint Handling Skills
- Presentable communication skills
