Role & responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival at the office or designated pick-up place.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department within the office.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication flow.
- Vendor Management
- Event and Travel Arrangements
- Coordinate food and accommodation arrangements for guests.
- Assist with travel plans for guests as per schedules outlined by the Head of Department (HOD)
- Calendar and Meeting Management
- Ensure all scheduled activities are well-coordinated and communicated.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to completion, meeting the expectations set by the HOD.
- Oversee the gifting process during events, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel with guests as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the HOD and other team members.
- Operate Desktop with necessary tools (MS Office tools)
- Bachelors degree in any field (Preference Hospitality).
- Experience as Receptionist/ Public relation officer/ Hospitality Executive.
- Languages known English, Hindi, Gujarati.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a PR
- Willingness to Travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
