We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to help manage our communications, build our brand, and enhance our reputation in the healthcare industry.

As a PRO specializing in healthcare, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to increase awareness of our home care services, build relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and the public, and ensure that our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. Your role will involve strategic communication, media relations, content creation, and crisis management in a healthcare context.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to promote the company’s home care services and improve its image.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and clients.
- Write press releases, articles, and other promotional content to communicate service offerings, company news, and healthcare insights.
- Handle inquiries from the media and the public regarding home care services.
- Plan and organize events, including health seminars, patient care programs, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of our home care services.
- Monitor media coverage, track public opinion, and assess the impact of PR strategies.
- Manage crisis communication, providing timely and accurate information during sensitive situations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all PR communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer in the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on home care services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, trends, and home care regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using PR tools, social media platforms, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
