**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing the reputation and public image of the homeopathy hospital. This includes planning and executing communication strategies, fostering positive relationships with clients, and promoting the hospital's services, values, and achievements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communication & Media Relations**:
Develop and distribute press releases, articles, and updates about the hospital’s achievements, new services, and events.

Maintain positive relationships with media outlets to ensure accurate and favorable coverage.

Handle media inquiries and organize press conferences or interviews as needed.

**Clinic Promotion**:
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hospital's homeopathy services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, advertisements, and social media content.

Organize health camps, awareness programs, and seminars to enhance the hospital’s visibility.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
Act as a liaison between the hospital and key stakeholders, including patients, government agencies, community groups, and healthcare professionals.

Address stakeholder concerns promptly to maintain trust and goodwill.

**Patient Relations**:
Ensure effective communication with patients regarding hospital policies, services, and facilities.

Gather feedback from patients to assess satisfaction levels and address complaints or suggestions.

**Event Coordination**:
Plan and oversee events such as health awareness days, medical conferences, and workshops.

Ensure smooth execution of internal and external events, aligning them with the hospital's mission.

**Crisis Management**:
Develop and implement communication strategies to manage crises or reputational risks.

Act as the spokesperson for the hospital during emergencies or negative publicity.

**Digital & Social Media Management**:
Maintain the hospital’s website and social media platforms with regular updates on services, events, and health tips.

Monitor online reviews and feedback to address concerns and highlight positive experiences.

**Documentation & Reporting**:
Prepare monthly reports on PR activities, media coverage, and stakeholder feedback.

Maintain a database of contacts, media professionals, and event participants.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
