Scrum Master

\- Act as a leader and facilitator for the Agile development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and self-organization.
\- Guide and coach the team in adopting and adhering to Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
\- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and value.
\- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, working closely with team members and stakeholders to address issues promptly.
\- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained, refined, and prioritized, and that user stories are properly defined and estimated.
\- Foster open communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of goals and expectations.
\- Continuously monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement, focusing on metrics such as velocity, lead time, and cycle time.
\- Actively participate in the Agile community, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, and bringing new ideas and strategies to the team.
\- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share experiences and best practices, contributing to the overall growth of the Agile organization.
\- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and organization, promoting experimentation and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
\- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
\- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
\- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, guiding teams through successful Agile transformations. 4 - 5 years experience
\- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, with the ability to tailor approaches to different team dynamics.
\- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate ambiguity, while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
\- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
\- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms.
\- A passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
\- Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles is a plus.
