Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in non-IT sectors through active lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Develop strong relationships with HR managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs.
- Present tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients and negotiate service agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process - from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity within the non-IT recruitment space.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience in recruitment services, preferably within non-IT sectors (e.g., Jewellery, retail, D2C).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a client-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
