Customer Support Associate

**Description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Document and update customer records in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to improve processes and services.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.**Required Skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and customer support software.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to service delivery.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
