**Job Title**: BPO Voice Process Associate
**Location**: Ranigunj, Secunderabad
**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns while maintaining high levels of service standards.
- Meet individual and team targets and KPIs consistently.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while dealing with customer queries.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice Process.
- **Relieving Letter**: Must have a valid relieving letter from the last employer.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
**Shift Details**:
- Complete day rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Must be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirements.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and systems.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting.
