Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team at SpotLet, a company that provides a web portal for property owners to list and rent their properties. The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Associate will be to onboard properties onto our web portal and provide support to property owners and renters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Onboard properties onto our web portal, including explaining the onboarding process to property owners and providing them with any necessary support.
- Assist property owners with any support required for their property listings, such as resolving technical issues or answering questions about the listing process.
- Help users to book properties on our platform, and resolve any issues or complaints they may have.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and renters, ensuring their satisfaction with the SpotLet platform.
- Communicate effectively with the SpotLet team to report any customer issues or technical problems.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Experience in customer service or support, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Knowledge of the property rental industry is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the company and product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
