* Floating of Tenders, Negotiation and Selection of Contractors, Managements Approval, Preparation of Contract document, Billing of Quantities & Closer of Alternate vendor sources for achieving cost-effective execution of site activities & timely delivery of entire project work so as to minimize project cost.
- Rate analysis for all the civil works and comparing with the data given by consultants.
- Verification of BOQ with reference to the GFC and shop drawing to optimize the cost.
- Budget preparation for new High-end residential and commercial towers for complete civil works.
- Floating of tender along with full tender documents to prequalified vendors & contractors and preparing comparisons & works/purchase orders.
- Evolution of the tender documents and the drawing, identifying the special clauses, and taking care of the same while doing the rate analysis and coasting.
- Coordinated with the contractor for the timely completion of the work.
- Experience in the finalization of civil contacts & tendering finalization in a real estate firm.
- Knowledge of tendering process, rate & market, Negotiation, and Finalization of contracts related to the construction sector.
- **BE - Civil with (3 to 7 Years of experience).**

**Salary**: ₹32,626.66 - ₹50,501.16 per month
