Role Overview: The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's presence on Flipkart. This includes overseeing product listings, pricing, inventory management, customer service, promotions, and analyzing sales performance to maximize profitability and online visibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Flipkart, ensuring accurate and engaging content, including images, descriptions, and specifications. Manage bulk uploads of product listings, as necessary. 2. Inventory and Pricing Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. Implement competitive pricing strategies and manage price updates as per market trends. 3. Order Management: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including order confirmation, processing, dispatching, and coordinating with warehouse teams. Ensure timely order shipments to maintain a high seller rating. 4. Sales and Performance Analytics: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) on Flipkart. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, improve sales, and optimize product visibility. 5. Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues related to orders, refunds, and returns. Monitor customer feedback and ratings, working to improve customer satisfaction and seller ratings. 6. Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, including Flipkart-specific events like Big Billion Day, seasonal sales, and flash deals. Optimize product visibility through effective use of Flipkart ads and promotional tools. 7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Flipkart’s policies and guidelines, including product quality, legal, and safety standards. Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and e-commerce trends. 8. Relationship Management: Liaise with Flipkart support teams and account managers to resolve any account-related issues and optimize platform performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
