**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies, under the guidance of senior team members, to meet targets and KPIs.**:

- Assist in re-engaging dormant or inactive customers to optimize revenue returns per customer/data record.
- **Contribute ideas and insights for CRM strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers.**:

- Assist in segmenting the customer database for targeted marketing activities.
- **Support in developing and executing testing strategies to enhance organizational and customer outcomes.**:

- Assist in generating campaign performance reports and providing feedback to relevant teams and stakeholders for further action.

**Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required**:

- **Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field.**:

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred.
- **Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Digital Marketing/CRM management or a related field.**:

- Familiarity with CRM platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, etc., is advantageous.
- **Good communication skills, both verbal and written.**:

- **Executes day to day production tasks (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization)**:

- **Analyzes performance metrics and proactively optimizes campaigns to increase performance Creative & Display optimization**:

- **Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials.**:

- **Revise copy based on internal and management feedback**

**Skills/Experience /Qualification**:

- **Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.**:

- **understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.**:

- **Effective communication and collaboration skills**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
