We have an Opening for **"Architect"** for our inhouse **"Concept Design"** team based at Corporate Office, Hyderabad.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
To prepare the pre-concept level drawings and areas to under the project viability.

To coordinate and review with consultants for Concept Drawings & other documents for concept sign off (Concept Coordination).

To coordinate with the consultants for the Concept level Gateway submission and approvals.

**Competencies required for the role**:
B.Arch with Minimum of 3 years experience as Architect (design skills and knowledge).

Knowledge on building design (MEP, Structural & etc.) and basic norms (EC, Fire & Municipal).

Good Communication Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
