**Job Title**: Special Educator
**Location**: Phoenix Green School, Hyderabad
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess students’ skills and learning requirements
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt general lessons to meet the needs of students with disabilities
- Provide one-on-one or group instruction to students with special needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school counselors, and parents
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Certification in Special Education (RCI registration preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with children with special needs
- Strong understanding of different learning disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of assistive technology and inclusive teaching methods
- Experience with IEP documentation and reporting
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,725.67 per month
