**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training centers, and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell educational products, courses, software, or solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital channels.
- Deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and product pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software
