**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

Optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance results.

Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in PPC advertising and social media marketing.

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create high-quality ads.

Set up and track conversion goals, pixels, and retargeting strategies.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with a successful track record.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

Expertise in campaign optimization, bid strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting.

Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics reporting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Excellent copywriting skills for ad content creation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
