**Google Ads Expert**:
**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Search, Display, Video, and Shopping.
- 2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for campaign targeting.
- 3. Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
- 4. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- 5. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and drive higher conversion rates.
- 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
- 7. Collaborate with other marketing team members to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- 8. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance.
- 9. Provide recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 2. Proven 1+ yr experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of driving results.
