**Job Summary**:
Guugly Wuugly, a fast-growing D2C kidswear brand available on Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon, and soon Nykaa, is looking for a performance-driven **Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert** to join our marketing team in Lucknow. If you love diving into data, crafting high-converting ad campaigns, and constantly testing what works, you’re exactly who we’re looking for

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage performance campaigns on **Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale results
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and retargeting
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop ad assets that convert
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on the latest ad platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates
- Coordinate with marketplaces (like Myntra & FirstCry) for running platform-based ads

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of ad metrics - CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Analytics**, **Meta Ads Manager**, and **Google Tag Manager**
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to optimize performance
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brand campaigns is a big plus
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and analysis
