Job Title: Meta Ads Expert

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Shift Timing: US Shift

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements to optimize performance.
- Analyze key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.
- Monitor ad budgets and adjust bids to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Identify new audience segments and implement effective targeting strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad-related issues, ensuring seamless campaign execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize ad spending.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of third-party tools for tracking and reporting is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,117.83 - ₹35,000.00 per month
