**Job Title: Academic Sales Counselor with Digital Marketing Focus**

**Location**: Jehangir Centre for Learning (JCL), Pune

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team in the role of Academic Sales Counselor, combining counseling expertise with digital marketing skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Sales**:

- Provide expert academic counseling to prospective students and their families, helping them select the most suitable courses offered at JCL.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of various programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrollments.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote JCL's programs.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and students in the CRM system.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Graduate in any stream.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in educational counseling and telephone counseling is essential.
- Experience in the **medical field** or familiarity with medical-related courses will be considered a plus.
- Exposure to **digital marketing** (social media, content marketing, SEO, etc.) is highly desirable.
- **Core Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong influencing skills, able to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- A passion for education and helping students find the right career path.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹12,553.62 - ₹38,919.56 per month
