**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Information Security Leadership**:

- Develop and implement an information security strategy and governance framework aligned with business objectives.
- Lead efforts to protect the company's networks, systems, and data from cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Establish incident response and disaster recovery plans and oversee their implementation.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements related to information security.

**2. ** **IT Operations Management**:

- Manage and optimize the company's **IT infrastructure**, including servers, networks, cloud services, and telecommunications systems.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems to meet business needs.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their technological needs and challenges.

**3. Strategic Planning and Budgeting**:

- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for technological advancements and innovation to enhance business operations and competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing information security and IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, technologies, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with **IT infrastructure management**, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies. Proven **4+ experience in network security, firewalls, IT infrastructure management is a must.**:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
