Job Title: Chief Sales Officer (Real Estate - Free Hold Land Sales)

Location: Noida, Sector 4

Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per annum

Job Description: Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our real estate sales team specializing in freehold land sales. The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This position requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market share. o Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop action plans to capitalize on them. o Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

2. Team Leadership and Management: o Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and capabilities. o Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages high performance and professional growth.

3. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders. o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely resolution of issues. o Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

4. Sales Operations: o Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals. o Implement and monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track performance and make data-driven decisions. o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

5. Market Research and Analysis: o Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. o Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage. o Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on market conditions, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
