Communication Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Experience**:
- BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or similar.
- 2+ to 5 years’ experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Corporate Communications Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
- **Internal Communications**: Develop and maintain internal communications processes, strategies, and materials to keep employees informed and engaged. Manage the corporate intranet site.
- **Collaboration**: Work with various departments and executives to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across the company.
- **Content Creation**: Write and edit weekly announcements, leadership statements, presentation support, occasional press releases and other communications materials such as advertising copy and white papers.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee the company’s social media presence and engage with followers and fans.
- **Brand Consistency**: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date on industry news, trends, and best practices to enhance the company’s communications efforts.
- **Reputation Management**: Monitor and manage the company’s reputation and public image, proactively addressing any potential issues.
**Primary Focus**:
- Support and execute the communications strategy for our intranet.
- Drive employee engagement and related programs.
- Plan, write, and create content/messaging for a variety of internal and external communication efforts.
- Handle ad hoc communications needs.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Recommending and planning communications strategies, programs, or activities that drive consistent messaging across the company.
- Creating clear, concise, compelling, and timely communications that convey key messages tied to business/company goals and foster team member understanding and engagement.
- Developing well-crafted written material for a variety of audiences, from leadership to front-line employees, and for various communication channels.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in photography and/or graphics design is not required but would be beneficial.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
