**Job Title: Communication Coordinator, Location: Hyderabad**
**Salary Range - Between Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 (negotiable)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with teams to document and showcase project activities, success stories, and impact.
- Manage media relations, draft press releases, and handle inquiries.
- Design promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to improve outreach and engagement.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication platforms
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in communication roles, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in digital tools, social media management, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Suite).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently under tight deadlines.
- Passion for social impact and understanding of the NGO landscape in India.
