The team focuses on helping learners gain clarity, confidence, and industry-relevant skills through expert-led programs and mentorship.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Community Builder Intern to support and engage our online community and assist in day-to-day community activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, has a target-driven attitude, and wants to learn the fundamentals of community in the education and coaching sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and engage with members on several social media platforms.Share updates, answer basic queries, and maintain a positive environment.Assist in planning community activities and events.Track engagement and prepare simple weekly reports.Coordinate with internal teams for community-related tasks.Skills & QualificationsFluency in English languageFriendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people.Basic understanding of social/community platforms.Microsoft officeAbility to work independently in a remote setup.Self-driven mindset with willingness to learnWhat You Will LearnHands-on community management experience.Exposure to events and engagement strategies.Closing techniques and student counsellingExposure to the EdTech and coaching industryWorking with a dynamic, student-focused teamStipend & Duration• Stipend: Based on candidature• Duration: 3 months• Certificate at the end of the Internship
