Our current AUM is 3000+ Cr. with a steady CAGR of 60% - Job Title: Brand & Marketing Executive - Housing Finance - Mumbai - We're looking for someone who wants to start and build a career in Brand and Marketing. An allrounder of sorts, with an open mind and a character, hardcoded with creativity. Strong understanding of the basics of Brand & Marketing at least the theory bit. He / she should be a hustler. Should have the ability to write, communicate with ease and make friends at the office. Become a part of the "Marcoholics" - The Marketing Tribe, who works closely with the Management and other cross-functional teams to help in executing anything and everything - Job Responsibility: - ? Execute brand campaigns and other marketing projects - ? Follow-up with people across functions and your peer group to get things done Interact and manage our agencies and get the most out of them - ? Help with social listening and popularizing various content - ? Some more follow-ups, with people across functions and your peer group - ? Clearly, understand briefs that are being shared by the cross-functional teams and convert them into effective communication - ? Work hand in hand with the Digital Marketing team to popularize the brand Home First - ? Even more follow-ups, at times with colleagues who are pretty senior to you Yeah, you read that right - ?
