Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Branding & Marketing Executive to lead the brand presence and marketing communications of our events. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive ticket sales, attract sponsors, and build a strong brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual and verbal identity for all events.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, PR, and paid media.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver marketing collateral (brochures, decks, banners, videos).
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Content Coordination: Curate and coordinate thought leadership content, speaker highlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes promos.
  • Audience Engagement: Run pre-event countdowns, influencer collaborations, and on-ground branding experiences.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and ticket sales.
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales, sponsorship, and event operations teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
  • Vendor & Agency Liaison: Manage external partners for printing, video production, PR, or media buying.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the event, startup, or media industry.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content planning, and digital campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of marketing metrics.
  • Passion for events, brand building, and creative execution.
