Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Branding & Marketing Executive to lead the brand presence and marketing communications of our events. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive ticket sales, attract sponsors, and build a strong brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual and verbal identity for all events.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, PR, and paid media.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver marketing collateral (brochures, decks, banners, videos).
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Content Coordination: Curate and coordinate thought leadership content, speaker highlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes promos.
- Audience Engagement: Run pre-event countdowns, influencer collaborations, and on-ground branding experiences.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and ticket sales.
- Coordination: Work closely with sales, sponsorship, and event operations teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
- Vendor & Agency Liaison: Manage external partners for printing, video production, PR, or media buying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the event, startup, or media industry.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content planning, and digital campaign management.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of marketing metrics.
- Passion for events, brand building, and creative execution.
