- Finalise Operating Model - Design operating model based on agreed product scope and solution & process strategy to decide involvement and responsibility (RACI) of various CFT.
- Responsible and accountable for designing and maintaining E2E, customer-centric, integrated L5 process view.
- Working closely with and actively collaborating with cross functional teams like NW, IT, CS, Ops, Product/Project Managers, Marketing, RA, legal, Segment Sales and other relevant functions to ensure process requirement gathering and documentation with signoff.
- Maintain the process documents using change control and governance framework, manage the operational dimensions and functional ownership of documents

Adherence to business expectation, gating process, timeline and cost.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Relevant experience in the field of Service Design projects in a large organisations (Preferably in telecoms)
- Ability to understand a wide range of disciplines in enough detail to communicate effectively with experts in those areas to enable delivery of product requirements, including: Network design - Order Management / Service Provision processes - Service Assurance processes - Billing processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and push back. Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders (eg. NW, IT, CS, Ops, Product/Project Managers, Marketing, Product Factory, RA, legal, Segment Sales and other relevant functions)

Able to grasp new concepts in Security like Managed UTM, Secured web gateway etc quickly, demonstrating understanding of the implications of issues on business requirements and/or operations

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- BE/B Tech/MBA or equivalent
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in telecom processes and technologies
