Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion, to identify trends, improve performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative ideas and strategies for our social media campaigns.
Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to relevant influencers and potential brand ambassadors for partnerships and collaborations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing social media performance and insights, including key metrics, campaign results, and audience feedback.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong grammar proficiency.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate engaging content ideas.
Familiarity with design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
A passion for social media marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
