- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging, creative, and original social media content (images, videos, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Social Media Management**: Monitor, engage, and grow TapGro’s social media presence across all channels.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with TapGro’s business goals.
- **Scheduling and Posting**: Schedule posts consistently across platforms using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining TapGro’s brand voice.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to assess the performance of social media campaigns and content.
- **Influencer Collaboration**: Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers and partners to promote TapGro’s brand.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to implement into TapGro’s strategy.
- **Campaign Management**: Help design and execute social media campaigns to promote new features, updates, or events.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for the beauty and salon industry is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
