**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Monitor trends, analyze engagement metrics, and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and creatives.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns and tracking their effectiveness.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and new social media tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for social media activities.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in handling social media accounts is a bonus.
