**Role**:Information Services Administrative Assistant**

**Location: Pune (Remote Working Available)**

Instem is a global provider of leading software solutions and services that are helping over 500 pharmaceutical clients ‘bring their life enhancing products to market faster’. We enable clients in the life sciences industry to efficiently collect, analyse, report, and submit high quality regulatory data, while maintaining compliance for their products around the world.

We are actively looking for a driven Administrative Assistant to join the Information Services Team, reporting directly to the Information Services Regional Manager (India). You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day team administration activities across all Instem Regions, covering vendor management, procurement, renewals, asset management and other support duties.

**Tasks associated with the Role**:

- Coordinate Information Services activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Provide complete assistance to Information Services Regional Manager (India) and all team members in all the tasks allotted.
- Handling different vendors for IT procurement and support renewals.
- Management of the IT Asset Database.
- Assist Information Services employees with any additional task requests.
- Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

At least 3 years of previous experience in IT administration or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Hands on experience in MS SharePoint is preferable
- Familiarity with IT management procedures and purchasing principles.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills; strong record keeping skills.
- Perform tasks within the given timelines with complete ownership and mínimal supervision.
- Multitasking abilities.
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people.
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
