Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Inquiry Handling: Understand client requirements and prepare customized presentations (PPTs) that align with their needs and preferences.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with existing vendors for product options, pricing, and availability.
Vendor Sourcing: Identify and onboard new vendors to expand product offerings and ensure competitive pricing.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless order execution and timely deliveries.
Payment Coordination: Collaborate with the Accounts department to process vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.
Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients after proposal submission to gather feedback, address queries, and support the closure of deals.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (experience in corporate gifting or B2B services is a plus).
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Strong team player with a client-centric mindset
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
