Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East
We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Support Associate to
assist our sales team and contribute to the execution of marketing and business
for content, communication, and coordination—playing a vital role in supporting the
team and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Website Updation: Regularly update and maintain website content with relevant,
accurate information.
- Blog Writing: Write audience-focused, engaging blog posts to drive brand
visibility and website traffic.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, marketing
- SMM Ideas: Share creative ideas to enhance brand presence across social
media platforms.
- Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with client proposals, presentations,
reports, and internal follow-ups.
- Client Interaction: Respond to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups to
maintain satisfaction and relationships.
Business Development:
- Lead Research: Identify and compile potential leads across target industries and
segments.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with lead details,
follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to
identify new business opportunities.
- Support Campaigns: Assist in executing business development campaigns and
tracking performance metrics.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of digital marketing and
business development is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
